Recently had a hot water heater replaced and all new plumbing going to and from it, also had a wax gasket replaced under toilet. The attention to detail cleanliness of the work is beyond amazing. Thank you to Sonny and crew for great work!

I called to schedule an appointment to have an outdoor spigot replaced. I explained I’m a renter and that my landlord, who regularly uses this company and has an active account, had already received an invoice and mailed a check for the work. The receptionist refused to schedule the appointment without direct authorization from the landlord, which I understand, but when I offered to provide my landlord’s number so they could call and confirm, she told me “that’s not my job” and spoke in a very dismissive tone. When I asked about a shut-off valve mentioned on the invoice, she repeated herself rudely and when I questioned her tone, she sarcastically replied, became defensive and retorted with"can I talk now?" At that point, I ended the call and contacted my landlord to make other arrangeme

On time to install our new toilet. Very helpful picking out one that fit our needs. Everyone that I have ever dealt with at Merriman always has gone out of their way to accommodate my family's plumbing needs.

This family run Pendleton based business is great! They have a fantastic staff of nice, knowledgeable, and helpful employees. I'd definitely pick them for any plumbing needs in the future
