My central air stopped working. Jeffrey was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and fixed what was wrong. The cost was very reasonable, as well. I would highly recommend Thews!!!

Ryan did maintenance checks on the gas fireplace and furnace. He went far and beyond on both! His attention to detail saved the homeowner a huge mess and significant money, with the pump on the verge of going out. Ryan was very professional, but also very pleasant and knowledgeable to speak with.

Installed new full house forced air heat pump system and also a mini split system in an apartment. They did not meet promised time frames and we have had several issues because of less than professional installation. Most were handled under warrantee but one was charged for even though they admitted it was originally done poorly. The repair was done very well but should have been at their expense because it was their installation that caused the problem. The repair was only 75.00 so I didn’t fight it but I will not use them in the future except for warrantee repair. I would not use them again for new installation.

Called on a warranty type item, exhaust pipe leaking condensation and was charged a service call fee, they were fairly quick in response, less than half a day, work was good,
