Un-finished job. Un responsive and takes no accountability. RA pools initially was called to fix a leak in our pool and in the process of fixing the leak, pool tech damaged our pool leaving numerous crevices + scratches. In addition to permanently stained pavers (which I was told ‘it will come out’) caused by chemicals. When brought to their attention, radio silence. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RA POOLS!

I had Robert Allard Pools come to see if I could even put a pool in my small yard. Not only did he design it, but he was able to add a water fall that blew my mind. The workman ship was outstanding to say the least. My husband and I are completely satisfied and I will recommend this company to my close friends and family, hands down GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

They did such amazing job on our pool! The workmanship and customer service was outstanding. My husband and I had some ideas of what we wanted, but Robert Allard Pools took it to the next level and we are thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely hate giving bad reviews/wasting my time writing negative things about anyone but it is important for me to at least help my fellow man when I feel like it is mandatory to do so. Choosing a pool company in Florida is EXTREMELY difficult and as you know the chances of you meeting a reliable, thorough, and trust worthy company is slim to none. That being said, I unfortunately did not have a choice in the matter as I built my pool through the developer of my new construction who use Robert Allard Pools for pool building. Had I known I would have to deal with headache after headache I would have either not built a pool at all or I would have researched the right company for the job after my home was built. i'd give a lower star if possible, this company built the pool for the home i purchased and as the first owner of the home the pool was maintained by the company until we moved in. The pool was supposed to get a final and "proper" cleaning according to the developers before we moved in since everything had to under go a last cleaning. when we moved in the pool was filled with sand and yet 5 months later since our closing the pool was never cleaned but yet they would stop by just to balance the chemicals and nothing more. the filter was obviously never maintained as well and now that we finally got an appointment to go through the walkthrough on it and how to operate and maintain the system it was the worst experience and the guy was beyond rude to my wife and myself and tried charging me t
