I had a wonderful experience with Robert F Henry tile in Birmingham. All the way from start to finish! I am remodeling my mothers house in Mountain Brook, she recently passed away. My contractor told us to go to Floor and Decor to pick out tile and it was absolutely an awful experience trying to get helped but because we were told to go there we made some half hearted selections and moved on feeling a bit uneasy about the situation, until one day out of the blue a sales person from Henry tile pulled up on our jobsite as we were meeting with the inspector. The salespersons name was Justin South, he was very pleasant and not pushy at all. I explained we had already made tile selections but had not purchased it yet, we then showed him some of the samples and he asked if he could have a day to

I remodeled my home at the beginning of this year and honestly really underestimated how painstaking it could be but my experience with Robert F Henry went very smooth. My contractor had a sales rep (Justin) come out to my job and bring me samples based on what I thought I wanted and he pretty much nailed it right from jump. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tile or marble.

I was in the process of renovating my basement and decided on tiling the floor. I was overwhelmed by the choices and pricing. By chance I walked into Robert F Henry. Even though I did not have an appointment, a woman named Susanne Shepherd offered to assist me. What a godsend! She was so patient with me and presented me with fabulous affordable choices. She arranged layouts of various colors and tile styles for bathroom and family room. After I made my decision, she then contacted my contractor and arranged all the details. A truly wonderful experience. I am so grateful for her knowledge, creativity and kindness.

Visited numerous places to select tile and countertops and received very little help or suggestions. The minute I stepped into Robert F. Henry Tile, it was a wonderful experience. Very professional and knowledgeable design staff. Great selection! They helped me pull my project together in no time! Dee Bentley was the designer that helped me. She is excellent!
