12-2014 Update: Now I see that Bob Larson is posting online (@ Google reviews) that he never did work for me "Larry Koogs" - when he knows exactly who I am. Personal email monikers often use nicknames (as mine does) - he is completely aware of who I am as even the BBB complaint/review thoroughly identified me.
