I also had an issue not knowing where the scanner was when leaving. However in my case the attendant was polite, told me where to go, helped me reverse so I didn't hit anything, and I was able to leave. Seems like they listen to reviews. The lot is clean and easy to move around in.

Parking is convenient to my job via skyway, plenty of parking, covered and clean. When I signed up for contract parking, the gentlemen who set me up was very nice. Though, I didn't receive guidance on where the card scans were located. With the above being said, my first day parking today, I got confused on the way out with several exit options. I tired to back up and park to ask the attendant for help. I accidentally hit the curb and an attendant came out yelling at me. It was clearly a mistake on my part, but he was very rude, in my opinion. I now don't feel safe and don't feel like paying 165.00 a month to be yelled at by a parking attendant. I won't renew my contract after the min 2 months. Should have listened to the other reviews.

It’s an average parking ramp. Parked on the weekend so it wasn’t too busy, I’m sure that’s is a different story during the week. Good parking for Xcel events if you don’t mind walking a bit.

My Go To parking for Minnesota Wild games. Using Spot Hero, parking is $6.75 for 6 hours. It’s about a half mile walk to the Xcel Energy Center, which is no problem for me, but may be for some. You have to closely follow the Spot Hero App directions for entering or the ramp will try to charge you the full price, which is like triple the cost.

Good for contract parking, but by 8:30 AM, there are no spaces left for non-contract (daily) parkers. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly. Management takes good care of the facility. In fact, they go above and beyond in maintenance and upkeep.
