I call to make an appointment. I'm told it's a $70 service call fee and that my credit card will not be charged until after the service call and that if repairs are made, this will go towards the cost of the repairs. Service guy shows up, 20 minutes late with no call of notification of delay. Then pulls out the fridge, sets a meter on it, stares at the compressor, takes a wrench to the bolts holding it in. Sits there again listening to it make the off balance clunking noise. Tells me it's a the compressor off balance. To replace it will be $800-$900 and to just buy a new fridge. Then tells me he charges $140 per hour for his service, cash or check. He was there for less than 30 minutes. I called the office, she confirmed. He then drops his price to $100 and says he has a relay in his car.

Horrible customer service. The tech did not show up 3 days in a row. The company did not call to tell me the tech would not be coming, so I took time off work 3 days in a row for no reason. When I asked to speak with a manager, they refused and cancelled my service request all together. They told me to find someone else. So, now I’ve had a dishwasher that is still broken and have to start searching for a tech all over again. I do NOT recommend working with this company.

I called and asked if they had a washer or dryer drum that is garbage or to be recycled so I could build a camping fire pit... 1st call the heifer was almost silent in voice, and 2nd she hung up. On callback another heifer with an accent was rude about my question of if I could purchase garbage!! 🤔. And the 2ndgal had a serious attitude. Had appointment for mon it got moved to later time then he calls and cancels. Then wife calls to make appointment for Tuesday morning once again he calls to cancel. Obviously he does not know how to run a business if he did he would of showed up. No stars for Robert's appliance repair he can't even keep an appointment but I had to give one star to post it.

Scheduled next day appointment which was on Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning received a call that the earliest they could be there is Saturday. They also want a prepayment for the service.
