Our experience with Roberts/Webster was extremely disappointing and we can't recommend. We are motivated buyers and had every intention of moving forward with purchase and installation of superior grade carpet and cushion and called Melissa to come out to measure the square footage and order the carpet on Thursday. She was on time, and took the time to bring the two sample swatches we were interested in. She took a lot of time measuring each room, and I felt reassured that we were dealing with reputable people. After assuring me that we would receive the proposal the next day (Friday), we finally received it late Tuesday after several days of excuses. That was the first red flag. The next red flag how incomplete the quote was. There was no itemized detail in the $27,000.00 quote...

Melissa helped us with 2 different homes to get new carpet installed. We ran into some issues with my 96 yr old FIL and she let us delay our install in his home for 2 weeks. Sebastian did our install and was absolutely terrific! The carpet looks amazing! I’d go back to them a third time if I am in need of any new flooring!

I had Sebastian and his crew. I should say one person he had a third person called in sick that morning. He thought it would take a second day, but I had all the rooms cleared out as much as possible. He stayed late and finished up. The only complaint I have is the next morning when walking down my driveway there were cigarette butts all over the place. if their going to smoke the least they could do is pick their cigarette butts up.
