Roberts-McNutt - Northwest Arkansas

We had a roof installed by them 4 years ago and have called them out a few times because of leaks. We had a leak and called them and found out that the roof access hatch hadn't been secured from the last visit. The technician replaced and secured the hatch which took him all of about 30 minutes. We then developed a new leak at the front of the building and called them to come out to see if they could find out where the leak was. They determined that we needed waterproofing which we agreed to get done. They said someone would call us to schedule the service. No one ever called so we called and were told that they were back logged and that someone would call. Again no call back. We called again after a heavy rain and never got a call back. We did however receive a bill for $388 which
