Called this company because it's who installed my water heater when the house was built. My husband has called them for the last 2 months and spoke to Matt on all occasions. Matt keeps saying that he is putting in the work order to have a replacement water heater installed. Matt hasn't done anything but give us the "run around". No one has called us back, EVER, and they obviously don't want my money to do a job Matt gave us a quote on over 2 months ago. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

when you’re swimming in a sea of thieves, it’s refreshing to have an honest business that I feel put their customer first. This company deserves five stars for their workmanship, professionalism and honesty. I would definitely use this company again.

I have used Roberts plumbing many times.. This last time I called to have a kitchen sink faucet installed. (Disabled) And instead of Robert's plumbing coming out they sent out a Roto Roter guy that charged me a $179 for 30 minutes worth of work. Not a happy camper about wow I called to let them know their truck had no taillights, and they just laughed at me like, yeah, it was a joke. Not recommended

I would never use them. They are horrible! They installed the plumbing in my house when it was built, never installed it correct, tried to bill me when I had them come out to fix the boiler and now the boiler is leaking again. They tried to tell me that was normal. I don't think so. DO NOT USE THEM! I have heard other stories of this company as well.
