Very nice and professional older gentleman can out to inspect a freeze up issue we were having. (Only reason for the 2 stars) Ran test and said we had a leak in our cooling liquid and refilling would be a gamble to fix. He convinced us a new $8,700 AC unit was the only permit fix. Next day we had a second opinion come out who knew immediately the blower was out. $600 fix and it’s worked fine ever since. I don’t feel they did their due diligence looking for the problem and just tried to sell me a new unit. A heating and cooling technician should know to check the blower when a freeze up occurs. Seems to me they charge you $99 for a house call to get the opportunity to sell you a new AC unit. I would recommend getting a second opinion if they try to sell you a new unit.

Sucks buying a faucet, not to have all the parts that come in the box.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
