Do not purchase from this supplier. Purchased over 400 dollars in parts defective out of the box and they refuse to return or replace this product. Scam Corporation that screws over the clientele. They actually told us to sell the product on Facebook to screw over someone else. Sad In response to your reply. This was not a HomeDepot warranty issue. This was getting a part out of the box that was defective and you effectively just stole money from us because you would not stand by your product. We purchased the required part from another supplier and repaired the water heater. The pressure switch I was first given closes at -1.30 in/wc. I went to install the pressure switch and the furnace did not work, first time was my fault because I should have looked. They said their computer said negative and it couldn’t be wrong. Even though the original pressure switch said positive 1.30 in/wc, along with my manometer saying it was positive. I went to exchange the part thinking it was an oversight. Upon reaching the counter I was met with the rudest, condescending people I’ve ever met. I was told I was wrong and their computer was right. They refused to take the pressure switch back, or exchange it for the correct one. Their “hvac service tech” Kevin then gave me a class over the phone on how the heat exchanger is under a negative pressure because it is a 90% ruud furnac

Said they didn't have the Combs to do coil fens......????????? They didn't offer to order it for me just "nope we don't have carry those sorry bye"..... Customer service is horrible horrible at Robinson's especially over the phone..... Hope your experience is better than mine

This place is a joke they will tell you they have Parts in stock when they don't and then they will send you to their other location telling you that they have the part in stock there and they don't have it either. I wish palmer-donavin still existed I hate this f****** place
