Poor customer service. Went in to see if we could order a part. Guy just looks at us and asked do you have an account. We say no and he just says can’t sell it to you. No explanation or anything. We walked out. I mean come on. You can’t just explain who they sell to. When it was the other business there they sold to anyone. Sad that the guy just sitting at the desk seem too bothered to even want to talk to us. He barely acknowledged us. This is how you lose business.

We went into the store to look at tubs. After waiting around for close to 10 minutes, we had to track down a sales person. We told her we had questions on tubs. She said, you've got 20 minutes. We're closing. (Should have left then) We asked what the measurements were on a particular tub. She said, I don't know. We had to ask if she had a tape measure to measure it. This used to be a good store. We'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Since being purchased by Robertson supply have had no luck with any kind of communication with anybody. Have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to try and get a reply and nothing will not return to the store again. If you are an individual looking for plumbing supplies. Find another store. You will have a lot. Better luck even with no customer service.

My furnace just went out... it's snowing. Ran here to get a replacement part and they won't sell to me because I'm not a contractor. Literally left me out in the cold. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys don't have to go home to a cold house so you obviously don't care or you would have helped me. I have bought here before but employee said it's Robertson new policy. Careless and hurtful.

They have a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They sell a wide variety of plumbing supplies for your kitchen and bathroom. They sell high quality products that some box stores don't carry. I would recommend them for any bath and kitchen remodel.
