Robertson Plumbing

We built a new home where Robertson Plumbing was the contractor. From the day we moved in, we have had issues with the poor quality. They forgot to connect the washing machine drain pipe! One of the bedroom closets had severe water damage and the entire bedroom carpet had to be replaced. Then they showed up to repair their mistake, they were rude and unprofessional. They didn't clean up after they left. A month later we discovered that the Jetted tub didn't have enough plumbing putty around the drain and it had slowly leaked into our second bedroom causing mold and damage to the wood work! I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would give Robertson construction 0 stars if I could. NEVER BUY A NEW HOME FROM THIS TERRIBLE BUILDER. We’ve been here six months and there are so many issues I dont even know where to start. Leaking water pipes. “Stain” on wood cabinets chipping in every room of the home... Cold winter breeze coming in through baseboards. Nails popping out on carpet and 2 of my kids have even cut their feet… window problems. Hot water and water pressure issues. Just to name a few. This “home warranty” they offer is a complete joke. They have denied numerous requests… and the handful they agreed to come manage VIA EMAIL… NO ONE answers the phone. NO ONE calls back. So much wasted time and voicemails. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU after you purchase the house. The quality of material they use is horrendous

I will NEVER buy a Robertson New Construction again! Brand new house less than a month old and already having issues with hot water, water pressure and the tub leaking onto the ceiling of my livingroom!! You spend this much on a beautiful new home only to figure out its the MONEY PIT!! Robertson Plumbing was the contractor for all my plumbing issues! This company is a JOKE!! Beware DONT BUY ROBERTSON CONSTRUCTION OR USE ROBERTSON PLUMBING !! I would I could give them 0 stars 😡

Recently bought a new home from Robertson, went to use the shower for the first time to discover that they never sweat the shower head onto the main water feed. Huge water mess, had to remove cabinets, open up wall, now repair, and then re drywall, texture, and paint to correct! Ridiculous!

We will NEVER buy a Robertson Construction house again. I wouldn’t even live in one if someone paid me too. Terrible company, terrible builder, just a terrible person in general. I hope people don’t make the same mistake we did.
