Attendant was really nice and prices were pretty fair, but had to dock a star cause the photos weren't accurate.

Sign says parking available, but as soon you enter the structure there's a person asking you to leave. Won't let you go inside to turn around, but instead wants you to leave right away when half your car is on the sidewalk and the other half has entered the building. All this during traffic on a Friday night. Could do a lot better at customer service. Update: The elevators work only when they want to work!

20$ for 1h55 parking - i feel ripped off. On top of that, none of the paying machines were working. Staff was rude and not accommodating. My friend that used valet for her car paid $12 lol! And didn’t have to go through a nightmare with staff and dysfunctional equipment. I see reviews mentioning that the first 2 hours were free yet the staff said it was $20 flat rate. Clearly I have been scammed

Location is a bit hard to find, so give yourself some extra time. From the front of the house to the owner of this business - all were lovely. Kylie Kimora was just incredible, she took her time to listen and time to ensure she provided the best possible natural look.

OMG the weekday evening lady is so friendly and nice! Greatest parking in Beverly Hills~ super reasonable- just avoid the gigantic ass SUVs parking on the first floor and compact spaces-the drivers are obviously cognitively impaired and need ample room.
