My heat had gone out over the weekend. I called and left a message so they would get it first thing Monday morning. I called and she said they are on their way. Imagine my surprise and they also took care of the warranty. The two employees arrived and quickly identified the problem. I was shown the parts and what happened. Great customer service! Thanks for making my life easier.

Do not deal with this company, they damage my house installing a coil in the attic of my house, I had water damage all in my ceiling going down in the next bedroom. These people are are not professional and they do not come on time. I had a simple coil installed and they took 4 days with 4 different technicians to finally get it in stalled and working properly and draining properly. My old unit was good until it got a leak, had no issues with the unit or draining issues, after they installed it, that’s when my nightmare started. I had no problem paying them on Friday.. the unit stopped working on Saturday. I’m a disabled veteran and former law enforcement officer, I have time to wait, but if you have health issues like me and my wife, heat is a killer. Go with another company please!!!!

We are new to Rocky Mount and called numerous companies when we had a problem. Robinson returned calls, followed up and the technician did a great job at a fair price. They have a life long customer now!

Kenny was great, very professional and the people in the office are super friendly and understanding. My A/C wasn't cooling in the middle of July!! It was about 78 degrees in my house; they came out the SAME DAY!! A part had to be ordered but we were shown a temporary fix until the part came in. They were able to come out the day after the part came in and my A/C is working perfectly!! So thankful. The pricing wasn't outta this world either!! Very reasonable!! I will be calling them the next time we need any HVAC repair!

Been with this company for years and their excellent knowledge, service, attention to detail, skill, customer service keeps me with them. Never, ever a bad service. Represent themselves as always glad to hear from you, even from the office as well. Very impressed with Jonathon (red headed Jonathon) with his thorough work, his presentation and can really make his customers feel very comfortable and takes the time to answer all questions, explains information in detail. Highly recommend all to look into this company for all of their HVAC needs. Very reliable and prompt.
