Extremely Unprofessional, does not have a proper level, does not use towers or antillippage level system. Tim Logan Robinson (b1971)(Onward Rd Midlothian) told me he would level my floor prior to installation, but didn't. Then he & his assistant Gerard, used the Spot Bonding technique to glue tile which is a violation of ANSI standards. I had lippage higher than a nickel, and vacant cavities under the tile. I had to have 1800 worth of tile removed. He took a $500 deposit so he could buy supplies. He left a mess on my porch, along with crude tools. Avoid at all costs.
Chris and his team were professionals and went above and beyond the job. I HIGHLY recommend him and will use him again in the future. He tiles all of our bathrooms and laid our flooring throughout our entire house.
From start to finish if you had questions he had the answers!!!! Stop looking he's the guy!!!!
