Robo-Park Garage

Precooked on Park Whiz but when I arrived I was told by attendant they don’t work with Park Whiz anymore. He said they told Park Whiz to delist them. Suspicious. Anyway, with heavy traffic and a Broadway show starting shortly, I was in a pinch and had to park anyway. Paid $40 online for 6 hours but ended up having to pay $85 at the facility. Home now and looking at reviews, it seems from others that they were previously pulling this game with Spot Hero customers. Smells like a scam. Avoid paying this place in advance and expect to pay double if you drive up. I’d recommend avoiding this place altogether because they’re perfectly willing to scam people.

Very poor service. We’ve been waiting over 2 hours to get our car back. They refuse to release the vehicle because their internal system is down. It’s 15°F outside, and customers are left waiting with no solution, no timeline, and no accountability. Their system issues should not be the customer’s problem.

Cool self-parking spot in the heart of Manhattan, near Times Square! The robotic elevator system handles parking automatically, so there’s no need to worry about attendants, tipping, or security concerns. Booking was easy through SpotHero and other parking apps. The only minor delay was waiting in line for a few minutes because some people were taking their time getting stuff out of their cars. Otherwise, this is the coolest and most hassle-free parking experience I’ve had in NYC!

Got to the garage. All lights were red. There was a stop sign in front of the entry door, which was closed. Tried to scan my code no luck. No one there to help. Absolutely stay away from this garage. Out my parking fee and had to go to another garage and pay again.

My experience has been great and flawless, albeit expensive but it’s Manhattan. It’s cool to watch your vehicle come out like a vending machine. There’s live feed to see the vehicles go in or come out. But I can see big issues when this robot malfunctions though.
