Rob's Home Repairs

Rob worked on a property that I was selling in Fallbrook, Ca., in June 2023. Rob installed new wood floors, new window coverings, repaired electrical, and installed new faucets and a toilet for me. His professionalism, attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and recommendations were paramount to me getting top dollar for my property sale. He was honest and more than fair with his prices, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs home improvement or repairs done as I had a wonderful experience working with Rob. He even worked on Father's day for me, to ensure we could meet our desired timeline for project completion. Thank you Rob for a job well done!!

This handyman business (owner: Robert William Cerhan III, born 10/1966) does not even deserve a one star and Robert Cerhan is simply a fraudulent criminal who has cheated us out of $2800. In summer of 2024, Robert Cerhan did a few handyman work for us to build trust. Immediately afterwards, he proceeded to tell us that we needed to replace our induction stove instead of just repairing it. He said that he could get new induction stove at a cheaper price and persuaded us to send him $2800 to buy and install a new stove. He then delayed again and again with various excuses, ie, shipping issues, away due to traveling etc. He never brought the new stove, let alone installed it. When he ran out of excuses, he first stopped answering phone or email, and finally just completely disappeared on us

Robert Cerhan defrauded us out of money by demanding money up front to buy expensive materials and then disappeared without buying any material or doing any work. He is a fraudster.

Rob is very thorough and meticulous. For jobs within his scope, he knows what needs doin’ and he knows how to do it. In my case, the house I bought a year ago had the stucco peeling off the foundation along the base of the entire exterior perimeter. Rob identified that when the stucco had been applied to the exterior walls, the installers covered up the weep holes at the bottom of the walls and that prevented moisture from draining properly… leading to the peeling stucco (and other foundation damage). He cleaned up the weep holes and did an awesome job repairing all the damage. Without any prompting from me, he made extra trips to Home Depot to get the color coat to match as much as practical. It all looks way better now. In my opinion his price was quite reasonable for many hours

If you know this truck it means you know the most experienced, kindest, hardest working, sincere and dedicated handyman in North County. He will go above and beyond.
