Bill has done a few jobs for us through out the years. Him and his team have been professional, responsive and reasonable. We had him put in a 6ft X 50 ft fence around the perimeter of the pool last summer. Most recent put in 12X12 paver patio. Both done in a weekends time. He was able to complete and squeeze us in before our son’s 1st party!

Bill is very anxious to please his customers. If he or I was not completely satisfied with the results he would redo at his expense. He also made suggestions that gave me a better job. It took a little longer to complete but the final product was as you can see in the pictures a pleasing enclosure.

Our experience with Rochester General Contracting was horrible and gives honest contractors a bad name. My wife and I met with Bill P. (Owner) in spring (February 2024) to remodel shower only in cottage bathroom, agreed/signed contract, gave sizable deposit and Bill stated job will only take 3 days to complete. As of this review (End of June 2024 -4 months later) he has done nothing but demo. We have made several communication attempts to get work started, but he has only delivered empty promises. Since it was a sizable deposit and only demo was done, we attended to have him refund a portion and he has refused. He took our money and ran and left us with no shower.i would not recommend him, poor communication, excuses, lies and interested in getting your money upfront so he can skip out on

Bill was great to do business with (as well as his assistant) and did wonderful work at a reasonable price. Our project was to turn a pantry/closet into a half-bathroom (plumbing, electric, and all) and to tile the foyer; Bill was able to do this efficiently, and professionally and was very flexible when we had a few changes in details that extended the length of the project (which we appreciated!). Bill took care of everything- we just picked out what we wanted and he did the rest! We are very pleased with his work and plan to use his expertise in future home projects. He offered great advice and cleaned up the work area nicely. Would happily recommend!

We hired Bill to help fix a water leak from a sliding glass door. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He got the job done in one day and it looks great. We are even hiring him in a couple weeks to install a hood over our stove. We highly recommend Bill.
