Had damage to our soffit and needed it replaced. Call RGC and spoke with Andy who stopped out the very next day to review the needed work and give us a quote. His quote was very reasonable for the work needed. His communication was great on when he would be by to do the work, and how long it would take. Even called us ahead of time to move the day of repair because of a incoming winter storm, and came out when the weather cleared. The finished work looks fantastic. You can tell Andy and his coworker take a lot of pride in what they do. All in all, was a great experience and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Andy was very easy to work with. He gave me an excellent quote out of the three I obtained. Our old white gutters were gray and I had tried cleaning them with various methods (chemicals/spray, pressure washing, etc). We ended up switching to black gutters with downspouts that matched our siding. I also did leaf guards. Andy and Ryan did an excellent job installing. Prior to, we talked through aesthetics to make my wife happy on black downspouts to blend into the roof and the beige to blend into the siding. They rerouted the downspouts to prevent ice we would get on our walkway in the winter. They cleaned up very well after the job. Communication after quote and scheduling the install was excellent. We're very happy with the job and highly recommend Andy/ Rochester Gutter.

Andy, the owner of the company, was a delight. He came and quoted my house for a very fair price. We were worried about getting them done in time for winter snow. Andy was able to fit us in a few days later and got the gutters done in just a few hours.
