Rock Creek Well Services

I'm surprised to hear that another reviewer had a bad experience with this company. I have had occasion to call on Rock Creek Well Services twice in the last year(ish) & both times we have had exemplary service. Like, above & beyond service. I will call them every time we have a well issue. They addressed my issues with knowledge & in a very timely manner. 5 stars

My well stopped working. Rock Creek Well Services Answered my call before hours, showed up to the house within an hour, and i know how busy they are. Figured the issue out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

I've called several times because the gauge on my well water housing in my basement hasn't been working. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL! I wouldn't recommend this company, there's a woman voice on the so called answering machine when it does pick up but even that has no response. What will it take to get a company with integrity to respond? today is Feb. 15th, 2019.

Absolutely horrible to work with. As a professional, I am very disappointed in their services. Not only did Rock Creek make me question their integrity, but they also went back on their word of what they had stated they would do. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for well services. If I could give zero stars, I would.
