Five months I still have a gravel hole in front of my house. One of their sloppy contractors installing AT&T fiber optic blew my street up and they told me they would fix it. Been way too long. Just another little bit operation going to snow tomorrow. I think they’re gonna do black top with water and snow on the ground.

Joining the bandwagon of “AT&T hit my line installing fiber” but with a twist. AT&T hit our line June of 2022. They fixed it and in February of 2023, Google hit our line. Come April of 2023 we are having issues with the same line. AT&T comes out and Google comes out. They agree after digging up our driveway and finding the issue that it is AT&T that hit it. I’m currently still waiting on my driveway to be repaired but the guys I spoke with at rock and dirt were the absolute best. Running a business and having issues is never fun. When voicing some of my concerns I felt like I was talking to my dad. Travis and the gentlemen in the background were nothing but helpful and and gave me their word that they were going to work on an issue for me. I appreciate not just being brushed off. As a home

This Company is a subcontractor for AT&T. This company is responsible for installing AT&T fiber lines for AT&T. This company subs out that work to another company called Stella underground. Stella underground destroyed our entire neighborhood I have major issues on my property they also installed their fiber line outside of their easement on my property without my permission or consent. I have contacted Stella underground and with no response I went to the person that they worked for which is Rock and Dirt the superintendent there informed me he would be out to go over everything he never called when I called him he informed me he was off that day they are very unprofessional unwilling to fix the things that they destroyed. I now I’m getting ready to file a lawsuit against them I have Jack

They park in front of my building in a bike lane. Which is Ilegal. I leave on my bike and 2 hours later they are still sitting in their trucks doing nothing. Filed a complaint with ATT and Kansas City.

One of their trucks almost ran me into cones on the side of 435 and the driver laughed and waved as it happened. Unprofessional and dangerous. My family's been in construction for 30 years and employed some characters and I can't believe the way their employee acted.
