Rock Hard Granite

The crew did a great job on our granite. They initially came out to do a job on our recently renovated kitchen. Only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the estimated cost went up after they came to do the work. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve given me an estimate upon seeing the job and not over the phone without seeing the job. That’s my only complaint. I would still recommend their services.

Rock Hard Granite was amazing to work with. Shelley was great when we went in to get an estimate and Lisa was amazing in coordinating with us for our project. We had a vision of quartz shower walls and Rock Hard Granite came through. The guys were awesome on the day of delivery especially when they had to carry two quartz panels up the stairs. Rock Hard Granite was very responsive when we needed them for some last minute adjustments. Our shower walls and vanity counter came out great! Would 100 percent recommend.

I had the most Horrible experience with this Company ,, I had you this company in attempt to renovate my kitchen because I had a water damage. I had to get another company to come and try and finish the work whilst they were still working there because the lies were too much please what ever you do if you appreciate your sanity don’t give your business to this company, they don’t have license contractors. They will send people that don’t know what they’re doing to your house. They will break down everything but unable to put it back together. Everything is done backwards without a plan rather unfortunately I’ve been dealing with them for about four months now and still dealing with them the work is halfway done lie you keep calling and calling especially the manager Sahid. He will tell you

I want to start this review with we had used Rock Hard Granite for our kitchen remodel a few years ago and had a great experience. This latest project our primary bathroom was not the same at all! They over promised and under delivered in every way and when we called/followed-up to have them “take care” of errors they ghosted us. Fortunately, our contractor was able to mitigate all of the blemishes and errors they made. The owner is very nice, but falls short when over promising. We were supposed to get full pictures of our countertop before it being cut. That didn’t happen and they said it was ready and it wasn’t! This went over for a few days! I’m sad to write this, but wanted to provide an honest review. I would have given a higher rating if they had followed through and truly deliver

Love how quick the process was from picking the perfect slab of granite to the day of the install. Amazing kitchen transformation. All the employees there are great to work with and definitely go out of their way to make your project great!
