The technician was polite and prompt. But fyi their billing practices are definitely questionable. I was told it would be 160 an hour. Not told about all the extra charges they tack on. The work took 2 hours and I was billed 734. They charge for drive time as well as a truck usage charge and gas. I was billed 4 hours as a result of the drive time charge. Also it was 165 an hour. They also require a credit card. Then charge you a fee for using a credit card. Good work nice technician but shady billing.

I feel taken advantage if. I asked for an electrician to install a new bathroom fan (I purchased a new one and provided for install) and a new light switch wired in (I purchased and provided the switch) so with the exception of some pieces of hardware like wire nuts, it came out to be 3.5 hours of work. This would be no big deal but apparently this took an electrician AND an apprentice to do. So instead of just being charged 3.5 hours of labor at $100/hr, I was also charged 3.5 hours of labor at $75/hr for the apprentice. I asked multiple times and was told this was all true and valid. So be weary that either you might be taken advantage of to pay for an apprentice or you will be hiring electricians that are not skilled enough to be able to install a light switch and ceiling fan alone. The

I plesantly surpised when the Man that helped me turned out to be the Owner. They were so pleasant. Normally with bigger companies they are high priced and Unfriendly. That was not the case with TJ and his people. The pricing was lower than anyone else and freindly as all get out .. I will never use anyone else .
