Werner Restoration did a great dry out in my basement after a burst pipe. They were able to come on a weekend to get started with the big fans and dehumidifiers then came back to check it out daily. Thanks Werner

Werner Restoration has been extremely supportive of the Geneseo-Atkinson Food Pantry. When the Food Pantry moved to a new building in 2018, Werner provided their trucks and employees to help move large items. In 2021, when the Food Pantry had sewage backup that ruined most of its flooring, Werner Restoration was on the scene quickly to clean up and worked tirelessly to restore the Food Pantry so that people in need could receive the assistance they needed as soon as possible. Werner Restoration continues to support the Food Pantry through donations and we know they are there when we need them. What a fantastic company!

Sewer backup at (98 year old)M-I-L’s house at 6:30 pm. As soon as back up was cleared, Werner was there setting up fans and air machines. They handled everything … insurance co., asbestos co., cleaning up, removing damaged furniture, walls, electrical problem. Then they put the 2 rooms and bathroom back together so much better than I expected. NO HASSLES with insurance- they took care of EVERYTHING. Biggest decisions were what color to paint the walls and flooring type. Everyone who worked on the house was wonderful, polite and very helpful. Later I had a leaky roof at my house. Guess who I called? Werner was there right away and again they took care of everything. I have a beautiful new roof. They even picked the color for me. LOVE IT. LOVE WERNER. We were very pleased with Werner’s restoration of our basement from the water damage and mold. The workers they sent were great and did a very nice job. I would recommend them to anyone. They coordinated with Petersen’s Plumbing, Steve’s Mirror and Glass and Carpetland to complete the job. They have a very helpful and friendly staff.

I have black mold in my living room and some in my basement, so I called Werner and they sent someone out on New Year’s Eve. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was upfront about why he was hesitant to give a full estimate, given the age of my home, and explained that the amount of black mold present was not as severe as many of the jobs they typically encounter. He provided helpful DIY recommendations on how to safely and effectively address the issue and shared valuable insight into the construction and history of early 1900s homes. That information alone helped me understand where spending money would be most effective moving forward. While Werner ultimately wasn’t able to fully meet my needs (he is providing an estimate for one
