I 100% do not recommend. First off, I had 3 people involved in the sales process, aside from the ladies at the front desk. One pointed a finger to the next and then the next. It was not easy to get an order in and that should have been a big red flag. OK. Then they showed up a day early, before the site was prepped, told me they would take care of it and not to worry, but then charged me extra for it. Not cool. Then they stamped with the wrong stamp. They told me it couldn't be fixed, but they could stamp with the correct stamp if I drove to go get it for them. NOT Happy. Then the color guy shows up. Dude was clearly stoned and was out there like 13 hours and into the dark trying to apply the color. It looks awful. It's the worst colored concrete I have ever seen. The owner com

Don’t use them unless you can watch like a hawk from start to finish. Caused over $1,000 damage to my lawn with heavy equipment after saying they’d lay down sheet goods to protect it - then raised the price because “the estimater made a mistake” - then sealed in some of their created dirt that got onto the fresh concrete. So now we have a partial dirt tone slab that fades into the correct grey color. Stairs also chipped several inch chunks off. They glued back in place but the cracks are visible from the other side of the yard. Also must not have put up any plastic to protect my brand new siding. I spent hours chipping off splatter and had to replace a few hundred dollars worth of planks. I was offered a free re-seal in 3 years but, it’s not worth it. I’m so tired of contractors doing diy

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The concrete work on our driveway was poorly done — uneven sections, a poor finish, and overall poor workmanship. When we first tried to get the owner to come take a look, he refused. After repeated attempts, he finally showed up, but instead of listening to our concerns, he became hostile. He even raised his voice, yelling at my wife during the conversation, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. This kind of behavior, especially from the owner, is unacceptable. It’s one thing to do subpar work, but to respond with aggression instead of accountability shows a serious lack of customer service and basic respect. All the reviews were right, the crews were extremely polite. But less than a month after the concrete was poured, the driveway has cracks. One is getting larger by the day, and stretches across an entire slab of the driveway. A second, smaller crack has developed on the slab up and over. We contacted Scott, his comment was "we don't guarantee". I just want others to know going into a contract with them that "they don't guarantee". After having spent all that money, one would think (at least most would think) that concrete work should last more than a month without issues.

Scott and Rock Solid Concrete & Construction is a lifesaver! I am a first time new homeowner. When I purchased my home I didn't really think things through of all the additions I would have to put into it. When you buy a spec home now a days, they leave out a lot of necessities and still charge you an arm and a leg. I moved into my home in the beginning of 2015.
