Can't say enough about the excellent customer service this company provided me. Joshua was very polite and professional in providing a timely quote for my furnace replacement. When I committed to the quote I was scheduled for installation within 3 days. Gordon (Boomer as I know him) and his assistant arrived when he stated he would be there. They kept me informed as they went along and the furnace was installed and running within 2 1/2 hours. The smart thermostat is very easy to understand and operate the system. I also hired them to do duct cleaning. They were very respective of my extensive home furnishings while doing this process and showed me before and after pictures.
