Weed Man Lawn Care

The staff are always friendly. Always ask with each application if there are any questions. Address concerns and have come back to do a re-application at no extra charge if I had an issue. Respectful of yard and property. Products are pet and child safe after 2 hours. Some products are even water based. Noticeable difference in my yard compared to neighbors as far as weed control and thickness. Very satisfied with service.

My complaint is not specific to this location, (that I know of) and is not directed at their lawn service. My issue is that a gentleman came to my door today wearing a WEEDMAN uniform and tried to sign us up for your services. I said “No, thank you” “This isn’t a good time” and “No again, thank you, have a nice day” and had to shut my door, basically in his face because the guy would not take the hint. No is a full and complete sentence. No three times is absolutely ridiculous. You need to teach the men who work here, no means no and I should not have to explain myself while standing in my own home.

Overall I would say my experience with weed man has been good. A couple of rough patches with old managers, but they have turned a new leaf and upheld good lawn care practices. Very friendly hands on folks.

Our Weed Man technician Paulo paid very good attention to our lawn applications today. Applying late season fertilizer and spraying many thistles and weeds throughout my extensive flower beds. I'm grateful that we chose Weed Man for all our outdoor yard care. Also a shout out to technician Dakota who has serviced our yard too.They do a great job!

My initial impression is very positive. The communication has been excellent from service sign-up online to next day action. Don completed fertilizer application this morning and took the time to greet me and even made sure any fertilizer that landed on driveway was blown off. I am looking forward to the results of their work this year.
