Used to rent the garage in this guys other side of the property.. I even cleaned the mess and re did the garage AND LANDSCAPING for it to be cleaned for my business.. I Paid him 900 a month... And he still never paid his rent for the building on time. I wouldnt trust this guy doing any repairs to any vehicles at all... He would find as his "employees on craigslist, and would hire employees without checking thier backgrounds or even some didnt even have drivers license to drive any of his customers vehicle, which they would occasionally take home also... Just from being there i know of 8 people within 4 months of being there that there small repairs , also became larger repairs just to upcharge...
