If I could give them a zero I would.They came in my home and did not spray everything.And I still had stink bugs in my building that they promised to spray. They kept charging my card even though it wasn't the month that I was supposed to be paying. Then, they charged early cancellation fee.Because they kept charging my card. Definitely.Find a better company that does a better job. This one does not hold on their promises.

Curtis was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He took personal note for when we would be available and took the time to introduce himself as our new tech. Thank you for your service.

The issue i had with Rocket was I ask them to call me to make arrangements to come to the house. Some time they will some time they want . I went on vacation they text me the day they want come to the i told them I was outta town, they still came by and did the outside. Against my word !! and they want to charge me ,I told them I was outta town and text them don't do the service but they still sprayed the outside. The customer service is not good at all . The service technician they do a very good job when the appt is set up correct.But the customer service not good and communications isn't good at all . Im already looking for another pest control service .Last time had their service was in September 2025

We paid for not one, but TWO exclusion services and yet there are still squirrels in my attic. They refuse to do anything about it because they want us to pay an additional fee monthly to check traps, but since these exclusions were many months ago, there shouldn't be anything in the traps. The point of exclusion is to prevent animals from entering the home and they did not do their job and don't care that we told them they weren't successful. Additionally, I was told that the regional service manager would reach out months ago, and I was never contacted. Last, when we were using their services, they would call late at night (10pm) to schedule for the next day, which is unprofessional and challenging for working homeowners to accommodate.
