The salesman, Brandon Boyd, for the termite control system was fantastic. He took his time & was thorough, explaining how the system worked, & what I could expect. The technician, Danny, who installed the system was also great & did exactly what had been described. And the pest control technician, Bill, is also great & did exactly what was needed.

Mr. John W. came out today and did a great job addressing our concerns. This was a second call back for continued ant issues after our initial treatment. He was courteous, thorough, and detailed with his inspection and treatment. There were a couple extra steps he took that hadn’t been done previously. Thank you!

I received a bill for $195 in the mail. I've never used this service. I don't want to use this service. When I called the 800 number I was told that they had to email the office to "cancel my account". When I asked when my service was done they told me Sept 18. I was home that day. No one came to my home and I had no paperwork that a service was done. I find this very suspect.

John arrived early and informed me I had a hornets nest not a wasp nest. He did an excellent job of taking care it just the same. Quick, professional and no more worries for me.

Ken does a fantastic job with my house. He's very flexible with times. It's to the point, in and out which I like. Service is always effective. Could not recommend more!
