I am really surprised to read the negative reviews of this business. They have been maintaining my Carrier furnace and AC for many years. they have always been very responsive and helpful. For instance, my furnace quit during a cold spell and they came to my house on a Saturday evening at 5 o'clock and repaired it immediately and did not charge me anything additional for the late hour. Also repaired my AC twice (freon once and a condenser motor), both repairs were done in a timely and professional manner. Their charges for service calls are much less than others I am aware of as well. I highly recommend them!

When the service technicians worked on our propane boiler last spring we kept getting a fuel smell in our basement this year. When they came out to check on boiler and odor they told us they couldn't find any problems . This was an expensive endeavor We had another company come out and check it and there was a valve missing a plug which allowed gas to build up inside the boiler unit.

I have used Anderson Heating and Cooling for my systems off and on for 25 years. They have been excellent for both my central air and my furnace. My furnace decided to stop working 1/5/19 and I immediately called Anderson. It was a Saturday but he came after I got off work and in a half hour had my furnace back working! And the parts, labor and service call was under $100. Very reasonable. I will continue to use Anderson Heating and Cooling for all my future needs.

I have had them fix my furnace a few times & has no complaints until now. They installed a new furnace & AC less than 2 years ago. The AC has not worked for about 3 weeks, I have called & left several messages but no return call. I like to support my local businesses but don’t think I will call them again.
