From the start of my flooring project to the end, Chi-Anh of Rockland Flooring was a total pleasure to work with!! I first corresponded with her via their websites "contact us" page and was surprised by her rapid response by email to me. I was pretty sure about the particular LVP I wanted but didn't know the manufacturer and the details. She gave me the 411 and then offered a very fair price which was less than two other flooring places in Austin and Georgetown, of which I had already researched. Now living in a rural area about an hour from Austin, I worried about the delivery charge. Had it been an Austin delivery, Chi-Anh said there would not have been a charge. She gave me a very good delivery price, which again, was far better than the other flooring companies I had previously checked

This company replaced my roof approximately three months ago, and I am already experiencing significant issues with the workmanship. Despite making numerous attempts to contact them for resolution, my calls have not been returned. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before using this roofing company, as the lack of responsiveness and quality concerns have been very disappointing.

Steven was amazing to work with. He replaced my roof a few years ago. I contacted him for a warranty issue within the time. He came out super fast right when I contacted him, fixed it and sent me the invoice real quick. Honest, hard working and fast!

I live in out of town and I called the store back in April inquiring about a flooring I needed that has been discontinued that I needed that I could not find anywhere else here in Dallas. I spoke to the sales manager and asked if she can hold 6 boxes of flooring for me as I live out of town and I most likely will not be a be there until one weekend in May but it may be a month until I can go to there. She reassured me they had over 60 boxes and that they should not run out and that if something changes she will let me know. I gave her my name and information to please let me know.
