Rockledge Winsupply has always been reliable, from everyday stock items to special orders. I can always count on Ron and his great group of employees (office and warehouse) to make sure my day runs smooth and my customers are happy.
These guys were awesome!!! Didn’t realize that they closed at 4:00 today and I got there just moments before. They were so helpful with my rather strange requests (I was creating Christmas gifts and needed supplies) and they went above and beyond to help me find a solution. So appreciate their assistance and kindness especially at closing time!!!
This place is amazing. Customer service beyond compare. Everything you could possibly need in stock. And very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough.
Purchased 3 shower valves there a couple of months ago and they were wrong size.When I returned them they charged me about 20 percent restocking fee which totalled $200!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't shop here because they don't tell you that they charge a 20 to 25 percent restocking fee if you return something!Oh it's on the receipt I was told after I lost a couple of hundred dollars!!Unacceptable!!!!
