Rockmill Garage

We reserved parking via SpotHero for 10:30pm Thursday - 12pm on Sunday (three days). We got there at 11:30 (with a confirmed reservation and QR code) and they said they were full and could not accommodate us. We had to go to another garage and were unable to cancel through Spothero easily because the reservation had already started. Do NOT come here. There are much better garages close by for around the same price.

My reservation was until 12pm. I arrived exactly at noon, but the gate to the garage was closed. I waited for nearly 30 minutes until the attendant returned. He then charged me a $30 overage fee for being so far past noon. When I tried to dispute this, he told me that there was no way I was there before 12, because he had a ticket from 12:01. I asked if he could show me the time on his computer to compare with my phone, because I was pretty sure the time was inaccurate. He refused. I asked to speak to a manager and have her look over the security camera, and she refused. They charged me for an additional day because I was over 30 minutes by the time the attendant returned, and started up his computer again. He said there was nothing I could do. If possible I would give a negative review. This garage is a scam. We reserved a parking space using the ParkWhiz app. That app requires you to specify a timeframe for parking, and on this particular trip we made good time to the city and arrived 45 minutes earlier than planned. When we entered the garage the manager told us we would have to pay more since we arrived prior to our reservation - which on its own was annoying but we didn’t argue - and would have to pay an additional $13, which is the hourly parking fee. We thought it strange that they would not accept payment for the hour right when we arrived, instead saying that we should settle up when we left, but left the car anyway. We’ve always had good service. Both dropping of and retrieving our car. Almost always user park wiz. Just make sure you don’t get there earlier than booked. (This is always true with park wiz)

Avoid this parking lot at all costs. Second time I make a reservation and once I arrive to the parking lot, they don't accept my car due to the lot being full. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
