ROCKSTAR WELDING

This was the most unprofessional company I have ever hired and the work quality was very poor. They came out to do an estimate and were the lowest bid. I should have known not to go with the lowest as that almost always is poor quality but I learned my lesson. The problems were staff was slow, so slow in fact, what was promised two weeks took 4 months. They sent two guys to do a commercial job that needed at least 10 guys, I was shocked. If they showed up they were really unfriendly and had no customer service. The owner defends his guys and didn't care about my customer satisfaction. I would have fired them but he required half up front. The owner accused us of "harassing" his guys because we took pictures of them not working and sitting most of the day. We love the work Rockstar Welding did for our church. The Annex Building is just beautiful with the railing and cedar. The front Cross and Lighting is awesome, we get many calls saying they so enjoy the light show at night. We can't say enough good for this company. All jobs completed with great workmanship. Come by our church and check their work out.

Shoddy work and terrible service!!! My husband and I recently bought our first home. It has a pool, which we wanted to install a metal fence around to secure the area permanently. It was a big expense for us, but we decided it was worth it. After reading reviews and getting estimates, we hired Rockstar. The owner came to measure the space and said it would take a couple weeks to make the fence, and then they would install it. All good. I didn’t notice anything wrong during the installation. But after the workers left, I took a closer look. I immediately saw that the way the pickets were welded onto the crossbars of the fence was sloppy and inconsistent. It looked terrible! Rockstar welding? More like washed up welding. This place is run like a bad daycare. I brought them front and rear bumpers to be sandblasted and powder coated. I was called to pick them up and arrived to be helped by someone in the shop because the owner and office help were nowhere to be found. I was told they couldn't remember what they quoted me and was asked if I remembered. I run my own business and prices should be pretty standard in my opinion. So the shop help contacts the owner who proceeds to make up another price. No biggy but when I pulled around back to pick up the bumpers I find them to not be powder coated but spray painted instead.
