Our old boiler of 110 years was rusty and old had to be replaced. Rockway installed new American made boiler on time during the summer season. The new boiler works perfectly. Heating our townhouse just the right amount.

As a current Petro customer, I was looking to see if I could size up competitors. I called this company and the man that picked up was just straight up nasty. With a tone, he said this isn't a company that delivers oil at will, and when I asked how do they keep track of the oil, so that I don't run out. He said through a computer, but in a super condescending tone. Needless to say, if they treat you like this and you're a potential customer, can't imagine what they're like when you actually do business with them.

I was disappointed in how I was treated as a first time client. I only needed to service my home in the Bronx since I am selling it. I called twice…. No message or return call. When contact second time… they told me that they are not interested in having my need of service done. So don’t bother calling them… cause they don’t need you!

this is one company I’d suggest to any and everyone. Rockway has been servicing my burner for years and I can’t think of one complaint. It’s nice to see a familiar face year after year, I’ve dealt with Juan on multiple occasions and he’s always a pleasure. Along with everyone else on the team. It’s also great that they are available 7 days a week. You never know when an emergency is going to arise. Rockway is fast, reliable and always professional.

Great customer service and communication. The 1 star review given about their truck being double parked for a few minutes during a delivery is unfair and not representative of the years of outstanding service I have received. Highly recommend.
