They were clear in showing what the problem was, took time to secure appropriate replacement parts, and fixed the apparent issue. We used RME for our recent salon build. They were extremely helpful and easy to work with from day one. Josh was our installer and he is amazing. His attention to detail and knowledge impressed us. His wiring in our exposed ceiling is clean and straight (which is exactly what we asked for). He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Even showing up after hours to make sure the water heater was running, and messaging to make sure everything was working properly and we weren’t having issues with anything. We will absolutely be using them in the future.

We were fortunate enough to have Kelly and Trace come out to assist us with installing/relocating some electrical for our appliances and they were incredibly helpful, quick, and wonderful to work with. Five stars all the way around.

Had a big project that required digging up the front yard to replace wiring to an outdoor outlet. John and Alan worked all day with determination and great spirit. The finished job looked terrific and they repaired the lawn well. I have used RME in the past and this visit just confirmed that they are truly the Go To for any electrical work needed.
