I have worked with and trusted the crew at Rocky Mountain Plumbing & Heating for many years. Ryan was courteous and efficient today as he did routine maintenance on my water heater, and changed out the fixture on my kitchen sink. Another job well done by Rocky Mountain Plumbing.

They charged over $1800 to install a water softener (new unit - whirlpool- purchased separately) We had a water softener installed. A water softener we purchased separately.. There were two men here for less than four hours, with minimal supplies to provide. They did a great job — BUT the price — sheeeesh!! I would’ve given them five stars, but the price was ridiculous. Also, they would not break out the pricing for me to see. It appears they charged me over $200 per hour (2 people x 4 hours = $1600?)

I had a problem with my water heater. The techs showed up on time. The were able to diagnose my problem and fixed it. Overall, excellent service.

Had a great experience with Rocky Mountain Plumbing. They are professional, kind, and honest. They provided the necessary repairs to my system in a timely manner and advised of other needed updates without being pushy. I would and will have them back to my house!

Ryan always communicates so well which helps me decide what is the best solution for the problem. I really appreciate his thoroughness, focus and friendliness. He did a great job Thank you
