I cannot say enough about our experience using Rocky Top HVAC for a complete unit replacement. From the time I called to the time that Jesse and Jonah pull out of our driveway after the installation. I would like to give them a 10 out of 10. They arrived when they said they would proceeded with the install, cleaned up, checked with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The refrigerator in our assisted living building stopped working, so we contacted Rocky Top and received prompt same-day service from Glenn. He was fantastic from start to finish! Having the necessary part on hand, he completed the repair in about an hour. The professionalism and customer service provided were exceptional. We greatly appreciate the effort and will be calling again!!

We have a yearly maintenance plan with Rocky Top and the office is great about being proactive with scheduling. Our technician this round was Paul and I’ll be requesting him for each future visit. He was a delight to work with and extremely polite and patient with any questions I had. Great service all around!

Our AC stopped cooling and we needed help quickly. The technician Glenn showed up on time, figured out what was wrong, and got everything working again the same day. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was very professional the whole time. The building started cooling again shortly after he finished, and everything has been working great since. We’re really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing commercial AC or HVAC service.

We’ve used Rocky Top for several years now. Every tech we’ve dealt with has been kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. We went with the maintenance plan and a couple of weeks ago Will was out and did a thorough inspection. It was nice to have that before the cold weather kicked in. We had an issue this morning and surprisingly, thankfully, Devon was available to check out our issue. We recommend Rocky Top to anyone in our neighborhood looking for a good and reasonably priced HVAC company!
