Rocky Top Tree Services contacted me via texting to inquire if I needed any work done. After I said I did have a couple projects I'd like a quote on I was called the next day to schedule an appointment. I felt the price was reasonable for the scope of work and they came out the next day. They removed four trees and trimmed a large ornamental tree. Their crew was very professional and left the job site as if they were never there. I would highly recommend them.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. We paid five hundred dollars to have our large driveway cleared of snow, and the service we received was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The job was only half done. They removed the soft snow but left a thick layer of hard packed snow on top and barely applied any de icing material. For the amount of money we paid, I expected a thorough and complete job, not something that still left the driveway unsafe and unfinished. On top of that, I should not have had to supervise workers who were hired to do their own job properly. Without constant oversight, nothing was done correctly. They also caused damage to our property by destroying parts of our lawn and moving a large number of rocks out of the driveway. As a result, the driveway no

Rocky Top is reasonable and excellent service they were on time and got the job done right away and did an excellent cleanup after the tree was removed off of our roof I would recommend them to anyone in fact they're going to be coming back to do tree trimming this summer for us, great job guys!!😊

Great Job of tree removal. Clean area. Came back and removed stump. Very friendly and helpful. Had the equipment and the personal to do the job right. Will call Rocky Top again. You can't go wrong.
