Great company!! Professionalism from start to finish and we are very pleased with the outcome. Rocky's roofers were here and worked hard each and everyday and put out quality work. However, shortly after the install was complete, we began to notice what appeared to be a white ashy appearance in our roof tiles. We had weird white streaks and spots popping up all over the tile. We reached out to the manufacturer of our tiles immediately and after speaking with their rep, I felt a tad bit discouraged that anything would be done about it. Imagine paying for a brand new roof and then being told, "it's normal for your roof to look that way! It may disappear in about 6 months!" Who pays for a new roof and then waits 6 months for it to look new? Furthermore, there were new and very similar colore

Recommended by a friend, I had Rocky's repair a leak over my front porch. Shannon came by and gave me a quote that I thought was pricey but I needed the fix. I probably could have found a company that was cheaper but I had a good recommendation from my friend and that means a lot. Quote from a millionaire I used to do business with. "The cheapest way is not always the best way" He sent out a 2 man crew to do the repair. They were only here 2 hours and showed me pictures of what they did. OK they work fast. When the first rain came thru I still had a leak. Shannon came by and took a look and sent out a different 2 man crew and they found the problem and showed me pictures. It has since rained and my leak is gone. Thanks to Shannon's fast response and professional manner I am a happy custome

I'm disappointed with the recent roof replacement service. From the beginning, the process has been frustrating. The contract lacked clear details, which led to unexpected additional work and costs only revealed after the roof was torn off. I also had to closely monitor the work to ensure it was done properly. There were moments when it seemed the team was ready to leave with the job incomplete, and the finishing touches were not up to the standard I expected. At this point, I hired an independent inspector to ensure everything was done correctly. This experience has been far more stressful than it should have been, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve future service.

Wow! We are thrilled with the communication, workmanship and final outcome of our new roof. We were recommended to call Rocky’s by dear friends. I’m so thankful I didn’t have to rely on google, but I’m here as your neighbor. Shannon came over and walked me through the process and was very thorough. His office staff communicated with me and was patient as I decided on a color. A roof is a long term commitment! Once construction started they pushed right through to the finish. They had some rain delays but other than that, it was 2 weeks and what a transformation! I highly recommend them if you need a re-roof.

I just had my roof replaced with them on my house in Cooper City. They were great to work with and quick to resolve any questions or concerns that I had. Permitting was fast and easy, they took care of it all! Couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Will for sure recommend to others.
