Rodgers Appliance Service

Had a quote from another repair company who was out over a week so I called Rogers appliance. Had the washer taken apart and at the time of the appointment had waited over a week without a washer. I was charged a few cents less than $300 and he was there for 15 minutes total. The other company said the part was $30 which I looked up and it was $31.88. The part was replaced and washer is working good, however almost $270 for a five minute repair! Other company quoted me $130.00, I should have waited.

I highly recommend Rodgers Appliance. About a year ago Rogers repaired my mom's dishwasher. They found that the drain line was clogged and it has been working with no issues ever since. Today, Darin B. came to our house to fix our Whirlpool Duet washing machine. He found a problem with the water intake and getting air into the machine instead of water after we were gone for an extended period of time. He was able to correct the problem and we thought his charge for the repair was very reasonable. We will use Rogers appliance again for all our appliance repair needs.

Came to our house to see what was wrong with our fridge. Took 3 minutes to look at it and said that's something our company doesn't fix- try this other company in town. He said we would need to buy a new fridge and gave me the bill. He was at our home for less than 15 minutes and it was $150! He literally did nothing. He was rather rude and unfriendly as well. A few days later I called the other company he mentioned to get a second opinion. That guy was able to help me more than the guy who was physically in our home- for FREE. He was so much more helpful than Rodgers. I will not be using their services again and will not recommend to anyone. $150 down the drain.
