As far as I can tell they are technically competent, they managed to drill a well on a spot that I indicated without a problem. That's about the only nice thing I can think of to say for the experience. They are extremely lackadaisical, they don't follow through on communications, it was difficult to schedule and then confirm that I was indeed on the schedule. The guy that did the drilling did not explain a single thing to me, and he documented that he hooked up a pump at my place when he did no such thing. It took a visit to the office to tell them I wasn't going to pay them $120 for something they didn't do, and then multiple phone calls from their office staff. They show up late and then make messes and don’t clean up. Then they make excuses and get defensive when called on the mess and lie about the nature of the call (it was not an emergency or an after hours call. They were just late). I have receipts regarding both the mess and the lies. There are other companies that do wells in town, and Rodgers is no longer the company they were in 1983 when this well was installed. Very bad experience. Do not recommend.

This company deserves better reviews than they are getting! I'm the second generation of my family to be thankful for their services. The original owner of the company drilled a well for my parents years ago. I inherited it. My Dad tried to teach me about it, but I'm lost after, leave the light bulb burning so it doesn't freeze in winter. The pump broke about 10 years ago and had to be replaced. Then we got black specks in the water... What so you mean the bladder broke? Now I understand... Right before the 4th of July the faucet started spitting water at me. It would run and then quit, sputter and spit. The water looked cloudy but cleared up if you left it in a glass.
