Went here to charge my Tesla. Never go here 1. Had to pay $6 just to have my car charged. This the base fee for under 30 mins 2. The chargers are really old and slow. I took about 15 mins just to change about 75 miles

Rodin Place Garage is an absolute nightmare, making the Black Hole of Calcutta seem like a sunny picnic. The lighting is so dim you’ll need a flashlight to find your car, and the employees are even less illuminating—unhelpful and clueless. If you drive a Tesla, steer clear: they’ll slap you with parking fees while you’re charging, turning a simple stop into a wallet-draining trap. This place is a total rip-off, with an oppressive atmosphere that rivals the infamous dungeon for misery. Save yourself the headache and park anywhere else.

I've been to the Rodin Place building every day for the past 2 years because it's where my kid's school, doctor, and dentist are located. The building's management is horrible. For the longest time, there was no safe, ADA accessible way to get onto the sidewalk from the west side at 21st and Hamilton St. I had to complain to the city for an entire year and threaten to file a report before they finally fixed it. The main entrance to the building does not have an ADA accessible automatic door, even though there are multiple healthcare offices in the building and tons of parents going in and out with strollers struggling to open the door and push their kids through. I parked here for an hour to visit hand and stone. The ticket they gave me said ticket defective when I tried to get it validated at hand and stone and again when I tried to insert it to get out of the garage. When I called the number for the manager he demanded $10 cash to let me out. I said no, I don't have cash and explained that my ticket should have been validated. He told me to go to an ATM said he couldn't let me out without paying. If your ticketing system isn't working that is certainly not my fault, so yeah you can draw your own conclusions about whats going on there.... I eventually got let out after waiting at the exit for 20 minutes only because I had hand and stone call them for me.

used spot hero to reserve a spot for 6:30am on the morning of the philly bike ride. This 24/7 garage was closed. Doors shut. No attendant. There were 3 other cars, with bikes on the back, with their hazards on in front of this place because they clearly also though that a 24/7 garage would be opened 24/7. This place should not be in bussiness.
