Rodney honored our warranty, sent a crew who did an even better job this time around. Notably, they apologized for the previous workmanship and spent the time needed to not only repair what had become compromised, but actually went over the old job to make it blend in better with our existing stucco pattern. These days it is very hard to find someone who isn't just trying to get every dollar out of you they possibly can. I recently had Rodney come out to give me a bid on a possible stucco repair for an active leak in my home. I had already received another bid from a stucco guy charging me a hefty amount. Rodney could have easily charged me a little less than the other guy and done the job. Instead, he was incredibly honest and instructed me that I did not need a Stucco repair, I just needed a painting company. His candor and professionalism was admirable and saved me spending thousands of dollars more than was necessary. Although I didn't need him for my current problem, you can bet if I ever need a Stucco guy, Rodney will be my first call.
