I'm glad to give this company a great review! Our natural gas boiler stopped working unexpectedly in a very cold part of this winter. They were very responsive in sending help and kept after the problem earnestly until it was solved. We find them to be fair, reasonable, honest, hard-working, experienced and easy to work with. We also work with them for our annual boiler maintenance and have been very pleased. (The issue with our boiler was not related to annual maintenance.) My experience with everyone at the company has been great and I am truly thankful for them!

Buyer beware. They do not stand by their work. Brand new insta-hot installed less than 3 years ago, leaked already twice now. Did not cover under warranty and when they came twice today the first time they left without the unit being functional. Then they charged an emergency service call for their return trip to finish the job. Claimed it needed a half hour to reset and ran, guess their Friday plans were too important.

Absolutely do not recommend. We’ve had them for a number of years and our first couple years with them went pretty well, but we also did not have any major issues and just used them for routine maintenance. Over the last couple years as our system became a little bit older, we started to have a lot of issues with their maintenance work, including being told that we needed things that we truly didn’t We always needed them to come out multiple times to fix issues that weren’t properly corrected. They aren’t willing to stand by their work when they mess up. Please take your business elsewhere as they may be OK for routine work but any large issues you will end up paying.

Excellent job. Professional workers. Took care in all aspects off there work. Worked with us on scheduling. Very nice people. I highly recommend.
