Sauder Fuel

Sauder fuel delivers great service despite the current oil prices due to our country’s issues at the moment. Joel was punctual and very professional. Heidi and Brie were great at setting up the service and answered all my questions honestly. Thank you all for the great experience. Update Peter came out to service the boiler and did a phenomenal job. He explained everything in full detail and was a super nice, knowledgeable and all around great person in general.

The service man that came out today to look at our heater on 1/15/26. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix it. We need a whole new heater, but the whole experience was wonderful. He explained everything to us so now we are waiting for the next phase. I have no complaints with Sauder Fuel. They have wonderful employees great customer service everyone there is very friendly.

If I wasn't in the kitchen I wouldn't have known Richard was there delivering my propane. He did a really good job and gave me a beautiful 2025 Souders Fuel calendar to hang up on the fridge W/ wishes a of have a wonderful day. Hopefully Richard reads this Tell him I said thank you!

The technician, mel, is simply a genius. He goes above and beyond to explain anything you have questioned. He's never let me down, and is very quick at the process. Highly recommend if you call for service, you should request Mel!

Our first time with a propane tank and we ran out in the midst of a cold snap. We contacted Sauder for the first time at 730am and had our propane tank fully filled 3 hours later! Amazing customer service, Darleen was fantastic! Christian delivered the propane and gave us some first time user tips with all the details of what he was doing. Perfect service, we will continue using Sauder Fuel for our propane needs!
