Rogall + Co. did a great job identifying and replacing wood that had dry rot and termite damage on our roof, facia, and eaves. They were careful not to damage our roof tiles and used premium materials. Their team was good with answering all questions and addressing concerns. Rogall Painting was the Maritime Museum's Board of Directors first choice for a much needed restoration and painting of two (2) donated C-Trains... they were such an eyesore for visitors in their original condition! When the Board approached Steven Rogall for a bid on the job, Steven was punctual to come to the site ( on the Embarcadero in Morro Bay ) and spent a few hours with his lead employee and a Board member. The estimate received from Steven Rogall was 13 pages long, and in much detail, outlined exactly how the rust and years of neglect were to be rectified and renewed! The pricing for the job was very fair and of course, being a non-profit organization, we were pleased that the quote was about 1/3 the amount of what we were expecting.... what a blessing! The team was thoughtful with the design, explained our options clearly, and made sure the layout worked well with our home.
